# Notice

This package, a release of the baseline, the shared site template of Jeff Posluns's project sites, is dedicated to the public domain under CC0 1.0 Universal (`LICENSE`), with these exceptions:

1. The fonts in `fonts/` (Newsreader, Public Sans, JetBrains Mono, Dancing Script) are licensed by their authors under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Each family's licence is in `fonts/<family>-LICENSE.txt` and must travel with the font files. The OFL permits use, bundling and redistribution of the fonts with this package; it does not permit selling the fonts by themselves.
2. The marks in `marks/` (GitHub's Invertocat, LinkedIn's [in] bug, ORCID's iD icon) are trademarks of their owners, used under their owners' published terms as recorded in `marks/NOTICE.md`. They are not part of the CC0 grant and may be used only as those terms allow.
3. The 7 project logos in `logos/` are part of the CC0 grant as artwork, including, from 1.11.0, vendorreplies.ai's crowned head (`logos/vendorreplies.png`, cut from that site's touch icon, owner's decision of 2026-11-06); the project names they carry (SecureConfig, OPFiles, AuditThis, CleanLanguage, AIQT, GRC Library, VendorReplies) and the domain names stay with their projects. vendorreplies.ai's other artwork is not part of this package.

4. The Inter font files in `tools/card-fonts/` (Inter 4.000, Copyright 2016 The Inter Project Authors) are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; the licence is `tools/card-fonts/inter-LICENSE.txt` and must travel with them. They are used only by `tools/build_card.js` to render link-preview images and are never served.

Everything else, including `baseline.css`, `palettes.css`, `gen_palettes.py`, `fonts.css`, every script, the reference pages and this documentation, carries no conditions.
